RETURNED CHECKS
In the event your check is returned to us for any reason, you will be charged $35.00. No further orders will be shipped until your account is cleared.
Furthermore all orders placed after that will be cash or credit card only.

COD ORDERS
We do not accept COD orders.

Shipping
We ship Priority mail through the United States Postal Service except where prohibited. All damaged or missing items need to be reported within 3 days of receiving the order. After that we will not be responsible for those items.

In case of obvious damage to the shipping box, customer must refuse the shipment due to damage. If the damage is noticed after receiving and opening the box, please call USPS to file a damage claim and then call us to let us know that you have filed a claim and need a replacement. The replacement will be shipped once we have been issued a claim number from USPS.

Insurance
All packages are insured except where prohibited. The insurance is included in the shipping price.

Warrenty
Only quality organic and wildcrafted herbs, and essential oils are used to create all of our skin care products. All of our products are made in small, frequent batches to guarantee optimum freshness.

All products are made fresh and may vary from batch to batch. The consistency and typical odors of the vegetable oils vary from batch to batch and we do not accept returns due to these differences.

Our lotions and creams should be kept in a moderately cool environment and used within 6 to 12 months for optimum benefits.
